Privacy Policy — Who's Baby?

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Who's Baby? ("the app," "we," "us") is published by 12GageTech. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Photos are processed entirely on your device

Who's Baby? lets you select or take photos of parents and a baby to compare facial features for entertainment. All image analysis happens locally on your device using Apple's on-device Vision technology. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, never stored on a server, and never shared. When you close the app, the photos you selected are not retained by us.

Face data

Who's Baby? does not collect, store, transmit, or share face data. When you choose photos, Apple's on-device Vision technology detects a face and its landmarks and the app computes a few temporary geometric measurements (such as the ratio of eye spacing to face width) solely to generate a playful resemblance score. These measurements and the underlying facial landmarks exist only in memory for the few seconds the analysis takes and are discarded immediately afterward. No faceprint, face template, or biometric identifier is ever created, saved, uploaded, or shared with us or any third party. There is no server and no account, so there is nothing to retain or delete on our side. The app does not perform identity recognition, verification, or any medical, genetic, or diagnostic assessment — the feature is strictly for entertainment.

We do not collect personal information

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or your photos. We have no account system and no server that receives your data.

Advertising

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect and use certain information such as your device's advertising identifier and app-usage/interaction data, and may use it for personalized or non-personalized advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This is controlled by Google, not by us.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is rated 4+. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because photo analysis is on-device and we collect no personal data ourselves, no photo of a child (or anyone) is ever transmitted to us.
